Architectural marketing visuals for new residential development in rural Herefordshire.
Rickards Design was approached by local family construction firm JDW Building & Construction to bring their vision to life and create some visualisations of their new 8 dwelling development to assist with marketing and selling of the plots before construction.
The modelling of 6 different building types involved in-depth cross-referencing with both the client and architects to ensure that both of their visions were recognised and sufficiently communicated through the final visuals.
