Private Medical Practice.
Conceptual visuals for private medical centre proposal.
Client: Lambert Smith Hampton. Size: 18,000 sqft.
In order to secure a future tenant to a newly developed CAT A space, Rickards Design created conceptual visuals alongside floor plans for a potential private medical practice in Belfast. Working alongside Lambert Smith Hampton (building management) a number of layout configurations were produced, using the requirements and brief provided by the medical practice interested in the space.
The preferred layout was then transformed into a 3D model to give the client an appreciation of the overall volume of the space, before producing these visualisations of the reception area. These images were created using a combination of Sketch Up and Enscape software.
A very high-end luxury feel was requested to welcome visitors to the practice, which was also seen as being suitably appropriate for a medical environment. Classic whites and greys were introduced but softened through use of sheer curtains and multiple textures within the open area, whilst maintaining a hygienic and sophisticated look through use of feature lighting and planting.
Due to the confidential nature of the Client, a fake company name (Octium) was created in order to show branding applications and ideas throughout the space. These renders and floor plans have led to a successful occupation of this city-centre real estate.
